Chihuahua puppy needs surgery for fractured front leg!

Kringle is an absolutely adorable 6-month old Chihuahua puppy who was rescued from the city shelter with a fractured front leg. He’s just a puppy and only weighs about 5-6 pounds, but he’s already homeless and broken!

Kringle is having surgery on Thursday, December 2 to correct his fractured, front left leg. He’ll have to have a plate put into his leg to help it heal. We’ll post updates after he has his surgery and once we know everything went well!

This sweet little pup will be at our veterinary hospital for at least another week or so, but we are accepting applications for him so he can go straight to his new forever home. He is up to date on shots and will be neutered with adoption.

As an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, Pet Rescue of Mercer relies heavily on your donations to continue saving lives. Kringle's surgery and medical bills are estimated to cost approximately $1200. If you would like to make a donation towards Kringle's surgery, contributions can be made online through our website www.petrescueofmercer.org or mailed directly to us at Pet Rescue of Mercer, P.O. Box 2574, Hamilton, NJ 08690.
